Working within strict timescales to ensure swift acquisition, 2110 Consult has already completed four pre-acquisition Building Surveys for Lyvly in Brixton, Clapham and East Putney. The late Victorian houses comprised four or five bedrooms, with substantial gardens.
Co-living properties have unique requirements, for which 2110 Consult was able to tailor its report to cover relevant aspects of building regulations such as fire regulations as well as advice on potential issues and risks.
