Lyvly, a curated member’s community, is on the forefront of co-living, creating high quality, beautiful, fully furnished environments in sought after locations throughout London for its members to live, work and connect.

All amenities are included in one monthly fee, including housekeeping, maintenance and even parcel collection. With large kitchens, cinema rooms, libraries and landscaped gardens, their homes are in high demand among professionals, entrepreneurs, and creatives, generally aged 21-40.

The group has a number of properties across London and is expanding at a significant rate.

Working within strict timescales to ensure swift acquisition, 2110 Consult has already completed four pre-acquisition Building Surveys for Lyvly in Brixton, Clapham and East Putney. The late Victorian houses comprised four or five bedrooms, with substantial gardens.

Co-living properties have unique requirements, for which 2110 Consult was able to tailor its report to cover relevant aspects of building regulations such as fire regulations as well as advice on potential issues and risks.
