Meet the team

Richard J Taylor

Managing Director

BSc (Hons) FRICS MFPWS

Richard founded 2110 Consult in 2007 having worked as Partner for GVA Grimley at their west end office in Mayfair. He has responsibility for the day to day running of the firm and for its financial wellbeing. Richard has an extensive Project Management background and has been responsible for delivering a variety of complex new build and refurbishment schemes across the country.

Richard graduated from UWE, Bristol in 1996 with a degree in Building Surveying. Prior to joining GVA Grimley he developed his experience at SGM, Thames Water, Walker Son & Packman and King Sturge.

Richard is a qualified RICS Assessor; away from the office he enjoys playing golf and spending time with his wife and three young children.

Adam D Linard

Director

BA (Hons) PG Dip FRICS FAPM FFPWS

Adam joined the firm in 2010 and has extensive experience with a wide variety of professional work including Pre-acquisition Surveys, Dilapidations and Contract Administration but specialising in Project Management and Party Wall advice. His experience covers a broad range of building types but primarily focuses on commercial properties. Adam has also written numerous articles for respected publications and is an RICS Assessment of Professional Competence Assessor and Chairman.

Adam is a Fellow of the Royal Institution of Chartered Surveyors, the Association for Project Management and the Faculty of Party Wall Surveyors.

Away from the office he enjoys spending time with his family, golf, motorsport and football.

Paul Cashmore

Director

BS (Hons) PG Dip (MRICS

Paul has over 20 years professional experience delivering both Project Management and a range of building surveying services, including dilapidations, technical due diligence, and Project Monitoring duties. He has a broad experience having worked across all commercial sectors including retail, industrial, offices and more recently life sciences, in both consultancy and contractor roles.

Paul joined 2110 in October 2022.

Away from the office Paul enjoys spending time with his young family, rugby, and road cycling.

Joanne Taylor

Director

Joanne worked for eight years as commercial Property Solicitor, qualifying at Harbottle & Lewis in the West End and latterly at Sherrards in St Albans. Joanne has responsibility for our accounts, maintaining our accreditations and for compliance.

Outside the office Joanne enjoys walking her cocker spaniel, swimming, raising her three young children and champagne.

Warren Wickers

Associate

MRICS

Warren brings extensive senior-level experience across private practice, as well as working alongside developers and asset managers.

He began his career within an architectural practice, which naturally progressed into leading building surveying design teams and delivering a wide range of design-led projects. Warren’s expertise spans building surveying, design, and project management, with experience across multiple sectors including office, commercial, residential, education, hospitality, and healthcare.

Away from the office Warren enjoys spending time with his family and friends.

Ben Valentine

Building Surveyor

BSc (Hons)

Ben brings experience in contract administration, having worked on a variety of refurbishment projects including internal fit outs and roof replacement schemes.

He has also gained experience in administering party wall matters, undertaking external wall surveys, condition surveys and preparing schedules of dilapidations. Ben is currently working towards his APC looking to gain chartership with the RICS in the next year.

In his spare time, he enjoys cycling, hiking, and travelling across Europe.  

Tom Payton

Graduate Building Surveyor

BSc (Hons)

Tom joined the company in 2024 and has gained experience across a wide range of professional instructions, including Building Surveys, Dilapidations, and Contract Administration, with a particular interest in Project Management and Party Wall matters. His work covers both commercial and residential properties, with a focus on providing practical and technically sound advice to clients.

Tom is currently undertaking the RICS APC Building Surveying pathway.

Outside of work, Tom is a keen tennis and padel player and enjoys spending time with his family.

Neil Belton

Senior Project Manager

BSc. Hons Building Surveying, ARICS, Dip Proj. Mang

Neil is a Chartered Building Surveyor who utilised his technical experience to move into client-side project management and Employer Agent roles.

His experience covers a large number of large development projects with his main focus being on delivering infrastructure projects and shopping centre refurbishment schemes. Particular experience has been obtained in advising and providing support information to accompany planning applications as well as successfully managing projects within live working environments.

Away from the office he enjoys supporting Southend United, playing league cricket with his boys, cold water swimming and family time.

Mark Izzard

Quantity Surveyor

Mark has been a Chartered Quantity Surveyor for more than 20 years and specialises in the cost management of various commercial and large scale infrastructure projects. Past experience also includes working in the rail, healthcare and residential sectors for both client side and main contractor organisations.

Mark has an eye for detail, is well organised, reliable and is able to demonstrate versatility to change, allowing him to meet specific tasks and client requirements.

Lisa Gandon

Office Manager

Lisa joined 2110 Consult as our PA and Office Manager in 2014, supporting three Directors and all Surveyors along with responsibility for the day to day running of the office.

Previously, Lisa ran her own Mailing & Office Services company and was a Management PA within a FTSE 100 company.

Outside the office Lisa enjoys running and spending time with her family.

Abbie Nathan

Administrator

Abbie joined 2110 Consult as our Administrator in 2023 and provides administrative support to the Directors and Surveyors.
Abbie has more than 15 years worth of experience in the Construction and Building industry.

Outside of the office Abbie enjoys travelling, exercise and spending time with her family and friends.
