We provided comprehensive project management, contract administration, and cost control services for the landlord.
Work included repairs to Critall windows, brickwork, lintels, a steel staircase, metalwork, rainwater goods and the rear lightwell as well as comprehensive stone repairs and DOFF based cleaning.
The building occupies a prominent address in the city and all work was carried out whilst the building was fully occupied.
