We were appointed as Project Managers, Cost Consultants, and Employer’s Agent for the delivery of Foundry UK’s latest space at Hove Gardens – a 22,000 sq ft transformation from shell and core to a fully fitted Cat A and Cat B workspace.

Working closely with the client team and main contractor, we led the project from concept through to completion, coordinating design and delivery to meet a bold vision: a space defined as “dark, stormy, and sexy” with strong community and wellness themes.

Delivered on time and within a fast-track programme, the project included deep work zones, wellness studios, and a private gym – pushing the brief beyond a conventional office.
