Instructed by one of our valued clients, we were appointed to refurbish the penthouse floor to provide CAT-A+ office accommodation as part of a pre-let agreement.

The scheme involved sub-division of the existing floor plate with new feature lobbies, demountable partitions to form reception, meeting, conference and zoom rooms and kitchen. Full redecoration and new flooring were installed with extensive adaption of the mechanical and electrical services.

The project provided a high quality full turnkey plug and play solution with careful stakeholder engagement to ensure all requirements were met in this prestigious building.

We provided Project Management, Contract Administration and Cost Consultant services, managing the project team and works from inception through to completion.
