We provided Project Management and Employer’s Agent services for the extensive refurbishment of this popular retail park at Cheshire Oaks. Work included the reconfiguration and re-surfacing of the car park and the construction of a new unit for Starbucks. In addition, we procured works to amalgamate and extend several existing retail units to create a shell for occupation by Debenhams. The work included major electrical supply upgrades, the installation of new high performance mezzanine floors as well as new roofs, cladding, glazing and doors.
