Cromwell Tower is one of the most famed Architectural statements of the early seventies and is one of the most prominent landmarks in the City of London.
Making up part of the Barbican Estate, Cromwell is one of three towers accommodating around 2,000 flats, maisonettes and houses in addition to the performing arts and exhibition centre. Formed with 43 storeys, constructed by John Laing and designed by Chamberlain, Powell and Bon the building is now Grade II Listed.
Project Gallery
We undertook a Building Survey for the purchaser of one of the flats, giving us the privilege of delving into the building’s past as well as some of the issues which need to be carefully considered at acquisition stage.
