Working with two private individuals, we provided neighbourly matters advice and provided the full suite of Project Management duties to procure two new build dwellings in Childs Hill, north west London.  

A single dwelling on the site was demolished and cleared and we managed the construction of two houses, each with their own basements levels of accommodation, feature staircases and impeccable finishes throughout.
