Monks Cross is one the UK’s largest and most prominent out of town Shopping Parks with a wide catchment across Yorkshire and beyond. Acting as an integral part of the Asset Management team, we provide a range of Building Consultancy services across the Park. Our role recently included Project Management and Employer’s Agent services for the complete transformation of the Scheme. New facades, car park re-surfacing, new glazing and the construction of new build restaurant pod buildings were built over a two year period, along with facilities to enhance the public realm.

The scheme remained open and trading throughout the build process which needed careful phasing and management throughout.
