Retained by Resolution prior to their sale of this major Manchester leisure scheme in central Manchester, we prepared a number of feasibility studies and delivered a complex enabling work contract, helping to significantly improve vertical circulation throughout the Scheme and unlock several high profile lettings. The works included the provision of suspended escalator pits in the Scheme’s central pumpyard, all of which had to be undertaken outside normal trading hours to minimise disruption to the numerous bars, restaurants and cinema which remained open throughout.
