Acting for Linden Hill Capital, we provided Project Monitoring services for the new build development of this exciting student accommodation building in Greenwich, south east London. The building provides a mix of 61 bedrooms together with everything expected from a high end student offer; including a cinema room, gymnasium, gaming area as well as dedicated work and social spaces.

Bowman Riley were the lead consultant who worked closely with specialist Contractors to form a precast concrete frame at ground floor level with remaining elements of the build fabricated off site and fully modular.
