Managing a fantastic project team, planning approval for 1.5 Million sq ft of mixed-use space in central Manchester on programme, has been secured.
 
Over 8 years of hard work with our clients Trilogy Real Estate and Peterson Group will culminate in the complete rejuvenation of the Great Northern site which will provide 150,000 sq ft of sustainable and characterful office accommodation with workspace for c. 1,800 people, alongside 746 new homes and retail, leisure, food, and beverage businesses. Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) credentials for Nabers, BREEAM, Home Quality Mark, and WELL are interlinked, emphasising the massive importance of sustainability.
